Tenders will be received via bids&tenders™ until Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 2:00:00 p.m.  It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that:

• they have received all addenda issued and incorporated the changes into their Tender submission; and
• their Tender has been received prior to the closing date and time;

Openings will occur shortly after the tender closing and results will be emailed out shortly thereafter. Due to the online submission format this tender will not have an in-person opening.

A notice of the tender is posted on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website at www.purchasingconnection.ca, and the Tender documents can be downloaded from the bids&tenders™ site.

Refer to Section 01 11 00 Summary of Work in the Tender Documents for a description of the project, including requirements pertaining to Contract Time. 

Submit bids on forms provided via bids&tenders™. Bid materials should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions in the bidding system, including any maximum upload file size. 
Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files may not be accessible or evaluated. Any other method of transmission of bids will not be accepted nor acknowledged. 

In the event of any technical issues, bidders should contact the bidding system’s technical support. The bidding system will send a confirmation email to the bidder advising when the bid was submitted 
successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact the bidding system’s technical support immediately.
