Tenders will be received via bids&tenders™ until Wednesday February 21, 2024 at 2:00:00 p.m.  It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that:

• they have received all addenda issued and incorporated the changes into their Tender submission; and
• their Tender has been received prior to the closing date and time;

Bids will be opened privately. The name of each Bidder and the bid price stated on the Bid Form will be published in the MD of Greenview’s Council meeting minutes and available through their website.

A notice of the tender is posted on the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC)  website at www.purchasingconnection.ca, and the Tender documents can be downloaded from APC or the bids&tenders™ site. Note that in order to obtain documents from bids&tenders™ with the watermark removed you must register for the bid. 

Each tender must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in Section 00 43 13, COR Certificate, Addendum Acknowledgements, and Separate & Itemized Price Form (Section 00 45 00). The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
